Individual experience
I have participated in a variety of sports over the course of my life. Many of the sports that I have been able to participate in were due to what I learned in my PE classes in school. I feel that it is so important to give students a variety of experiences to draw from in life.
I have been involved with strength training for 23 years now. Lifting is a big part of who I am today. It has taught me a great deal about sacrifice and hard work. I love being able to help student athletes to learn these lessons as well. I have appreciated the opportunity to learn and study the ever evolving field of strength and conditioning, and am always looking for more opportunities to learn and teach.
